Preschool Classes

Little Big Minds Spanish Immersion Preschool offers flamenco classes for littles! Flamenco lifts the spirits of children and builds confidence in their ability to express themselves Students learn rhythm, posture, arm positions and footwork as they explore spatial awareness, musicality, coordination, balance, listening skills and perseverance in a fun and creative environment!

Monday: Scottsdale Campus 1:15-2:15pm
Tuesday: Biltmore Campus 1:15-2:15pm
Wednesday: Uptown Campus 1:15-2:15pm
Thursday: Encanto Campus 1:00-2:00

5-7 Year-olds (New Class!)

Fall, 2019 new class offered for kids aged 5-7. Learn the rhythms, corporal movements and percussive footwork of flamenco! Classes held at Scottsdale School of Ballet

Youth Classes

Dancers age eight through adolescents study flamenco as part of their curriculum at the Scottsdale School of Ballet. Forming Julia’s youth dancers, the girls have performed with Inspiración Flamenca at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, Mesa Arts Center and will perform at the MIM in Phoenix January 19-20, 2019.

Monday: 4:40 – 5:40pm Advanced
Monday 5:50 – 6:50 Beginner
Tuesday 7:20-8:20 Intermediate

Adult Classes

Dancers age 15 through 70+ attend flamenco classes of all levels. From beginners to advanced dancers, students have gone on to perform with Inspiración Flamenca and beyond on stages throughout the Southwest.

Wednesday: 6:00 – 7:00pm Advanced Choreography
Wednesday: 7:00 – 8:30pm Intermediate Technique and Buleria

Dance Attire
Flamenco shoes, athletic pants or leggings, a shirt that allows full range of movement, and a long skirt for women (optional). Be prepared to sweat
