In Israel Fernández and Diego del Morao, two worlds coexist: the ancient and the contemporary. These two artists are a driving force in flamenco today. Do not miss the opportunity to see them live in the Valley.

Israel Fernández has managed to rejuvenate the cante jondo flamenco style of yesteryear, endowing it with new elements and giving it appeal to modern listeners. His voice carries a very wide spectrum of characteristics in which anguish, spirit, and the Romani world coexist with tempo, sweetness, and musicality. Despite his youth, Fernández possesses enormous personality, perfect tuning, a devilish mastery of rhythm, and an enthusiasm for an art that represents his way of life.

Diego del Morao is one of the most internationally recognized flamenco guitarists. Lauded by virtuoso flamenco guitarist Paco de Lucia, del Morao is part of a flamenco guitar legacy including his father, Moraito Chico, and uncle, Manuel Morao. Diego has a legion of followers who love his personality and passionate sense of rhythm. He has created his own music and style without losing respect for the tradition of his roots.

Experience the tradition of cante jondo and Spanish classical and flamenco guitar with two of today’s most celebrated and innovative young artists.
