On February 11, 2026 join us for the inaugural Phoenix Flamenco Peña event, featuring professional and emerging artists. Grounding the event are Simon Marquez (guitar) and Maripaz Mabin (vocal), who will accompany emerging artists as they hone their craft. Supported by Julia Chacón, former touring artist with international flamenco companies and director of Flamenco Theater; Francisca Nava, regional performer, costume designer and instructor; and Carlos Montufar, dancer and founder of Phoenix World Arts Collective, the evening will feature these professional artists sharing their experience as their company dancers spread their wings and learn in community. Be part of the experience by bringing your instrument and your self as we explore flamenco together.
